This stunning open concept renovation was an older property that required updating and the clients were so excited to have the renovation take place. The clients wished the home to be “open” to everyone in the house while enjoying family entertaining and their beautiful back yard. MJ Chahley Construction Group together with Susan Norgaard (designer and spatial planner) and the clients brought to life this stunning open concept renovation idea and plans. The renovation transposed an older home into a magnificent family home that enables their family and friends to be together while entertaining or just kicking back and enjoying their favorite sporting event.
By adding a beautiful 12 foot, double sliding patio door to the backyard, this enabled the inside of the home to captivate and bring into the home the clients’ beautiful patio and backyard. The MJ Chahley Construction Group’s team and dedicated, loyal trades worked together with the clients to bring this renovation to an amazing completion, on budget and on time … actually earlier than anticipated!
By updating the kitchen and restroom, adding an amazing bar entertaining area, new hardwood, tile and carpeting throughout, flooring, more efficient gas fireplace and appliances, new mouldings throughout, new 12 foot double sliding patio doors and fully repainted was a good return on investment for their home and their everyday life!
